If the first z move already hits the bed try to put a piece of paper onto your bed, but only where the probe would touch the bed. This will make your probe switch a little earlier and prevents your nozzle from hitting the bed. WebbTo set the Z Offset on your Ender 3 with a BLTouch, you should auto-home the 3D printer.
